Quick thoughts?

This class was absolutely FANTASTIC. I really don’t have much to say so this will be a short one.

In transparency, this was not a yoga studio – it was a spa. The whole “vibe” of the studio is light and bright so it is completely different experience than more traditional yoga studios. The lobby of the studio has wellness products as well as a rack of athletic clothes ranging from Lulu to Alo yoga. This rack of clothes lead into the locker room which is fully equipt to get ready for work with self locking lockers and shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion/hairspray/mouthwash and hair dryer (what else can you ask for). They even had slippers readily available. Again it was truly a small luxury experience.

After locking up my belongings – I made my way into the yoga studio where the instructor greeted us and individually asked if there was anything we where looking to gain from this practice. I set my mat down and class began. As a Vinyasa class – she followed a typical “flow” format however one thing that really stood out was the variation of poses. I have been to my fair share of yoga classes and it was very refreshing to not do 1000 warriors. Class continued about an hour and it was so relaxing – I honestly can’t even remember what it was we did!

All in all this studio gets a 100/10 for me. Different people thrive on different environments but for me this class felt great. I felt strong and like I was really able to sink into the poses and unwind. The facility was clean/sleek/bright and overall the perfect atmosphere. In transparency I have been into this studio pre-covid and loved it then too so not a surprise that I enjoyed it 🙂
